We all have hair goals – mine was thick and full looking hair that I could try lots of different hair styles with! I’ve always been happy with my hair, but I wanted to take it to the next level. This is a hair vitamin supplement which nourishes thinning hair and promotes existing hair growth. Healthy hair starts with your diet, so if you aren’t getting the proper nutrients day to day, your hair will be affected. Viviscal Extra Strength contains all the nutrients that have been scientifically proven to improve hair thickness and reduce shedding (a big problem of mine). I took 2 of these tablets a day and I have to say, my shower drain is significantly less clogged from my shedding!

I’m really impressed at how far I’ve come with using these products over 6 months. I did have longer hair at the beginning of this hair journey, but even with slightly shorter hair now, it looks so much thicker and fuller!
